亲水易打理整理 HOLPOSON® Mag***o
HOLPOSON® Magneto也叫万磁王®， 是适用于涤纶及混纺织物的亲水易去污功能整理剂，经万磁王®整理后的织物，具有较好手感，同时赋予纤维及混纺织物亲水、易去污性能。HOLPOSON® 万磁王® 赋予涤纶纤维及其混纺织物优良的速干性，易去污特性，用于绒类织物手感柔软、蓬松。

二、使用方法
1. 浸渍工艺：(可与分散染料同浴）
HOLPOSON® 万磁王® 2 ～ 4 ％（对织物重）
温 度 130℃
时 间 15 ～ 20min
2.浸轧处理：
HOLPOSON® 万磁王® 30 ～ 40 g/L
轧液率 70 ％
浸轧 → 烘干(110℃×1～3 分钟) → 定型(150-170℃×1～2 分钟)
产品性能
1，HOLPOSON® 万磁王® 使纤维接枝上亲水基团，赋予棉纤维优异的手感及亲水性能；
2，使涤纶及涤纶混纺织物具有良好的吸湿性，赋予混纺织织物优异的易打理性能；
3，使涤纶及涤纶混纺织物具有柔软、亲水，减少织物的擦伤、折痕、鸡抓印；
4，赋予纤维蓬松的特性，使起绒、起毛产品更丰满
5，产品冷水化料，均匀搅拌后使用方便
6，配伍性好，可与我司其他产品复配高浓产品。
注意事项
1.一般来说阳离子柔软剂、氨基硅油柔软剂、氟类、蜡类防水剂、阳离子固色剂、阳离子抗静电剂等容易影响吸水性。
2.对于荧光增白或极浅颜色，建议使用苹果酸或者柠檬酸浸轧。
3.请事前通过试验确认HOLPOSON® 万磁王® 对各种牢度的影响。
4.化料时用冷水或温水（约 30- 40℃），可保证产品良好的加工稳定性和持久效果。
5.本品对织物色光影响较小。
6.冬天温度变冷粘度适当增加，不影响使用。
贮 存
HOLPOSON® Mangeto 包装：100KG 塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。 室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

HOLPOSON® Mag***o
HOLPOSON® Mag***o, also called Mag***o®. It is a hydrophilic and easy-to-decontaminate functional finishing agent suitable for polyester and blended fabrics. The fabrics treated with Mag***o® have good hand feeling. It also gives the fiber and blended fabrics hydrophilic and easy Decontamination functions. HOLPOSON® Mag***o provides polyester fiber and its blended fabrics with excellent quick-drying properties and easy stain removal. It is used for velvet fabrics with a soft and fluffy feel.

Usage:
1. Impregnation method：（Can be bathed with disperse dyes）
HOLPOSON® Mag***o: 2-4% (against fabric weight)
Temperature: 130 ℃
Duration: 15-20min
2. Padding method:
HOLPOSON® Mag***o: 30～40g/L
Liquid retention rate: 70%
Padding → Drying (110 ℃× 1-3 minutes) → Heat setting (150-170 ℃× 1-2 minutes)
Attentions:
1. Generally speaking, cationic softener, amino silicone oil softener, fluorinated/wax waterproof agent, cationic fixing agent and cationic antistatic agent are easy to affect water absorption.
2. For fluorescent whitened or very light color, padding with malic acid or citric acid is re***mended.
3. Please confirm the influence of HOLPOSON® Mag***o on various types of color fastness through test in advance.
4. Dissolving with cold water or warm water (about 30-40 ℃) can ensure good stability in the process and the durability.
5. This product has little influence on fabric color.
6. Viscosity increases in low temperature in winter, which does not influence
usage.
Characteristics:
1. HOLPOSON® Mag***o grafts hydrophilic groups on the fibers, giving cotton fibers excellent soft hand feel and hydrophilic properties;
2. It can make polyester and its blends have good hygroscopicity, and endow the blended fabric with excellent easy care performance;
3. It makes polyester and its blends soft and hydrophilic, reduces the scratches and creases of the fabric;
4. It gives the fiber the characteristics of fluffiness, so that the fluffy and pilling products have a fuller shape.
5. Dissolve the product with cold water and mix it evenly to facilitate usage.
6. It has good ***patibility and can be ***bined with other products of our ***pany.
